无阻发电之雷蒙德·克劳米力电力发电机

雷蒙德·克劳米力电力发电机     目标是要从一个旋转磁场中产生电流,一直以来都在寻求一种方法来降低或完全消除,当电流来自发电机时在转子上的拖力。一个设计声称具有非常有限的由于电流消耗导致拖力的就是克劳米力的设计。这个设计的主要特点据说是:   1. 它具有几乎恒定的电力输出,即使在转子的速度被改变多达35%。   2. 它能以它的电流输出短路而持续运转,无需加热转子或发生制动作用。   3. 生产效率(电力输出除以驱动力)非常高。   4. 根据被 供电的设备需要,其交流输出功率的频率可以调节。   5. 转子可在800转/分到1600转/分之间的任何速率旋转。   6. 简单的结构,可以使制造成本比其他发电机低约30%。   7. 建议使用此发电机作为1千瓦级以上的供电电源。     这里是该装置的专利:   美国专利 3,374,376 1968年3月19日 发明人:雷蒙德·克劳米力(Raymond Kromrey)发电机     我目前的发明涉及的发电机是将磁能转换成电能的装置。它使用两个组件彼此相对旋转;换言之,一个定子和一个转子,一个具有电磁铁或永久磁铁,以降安装在其它组件上的输出电路的一个组成部分的绕组电压。     这种类型的常规发电机用一个在不同的轴平面以导体形成回路的绕组,以使每个回路的相反部分通过每个极对的场,每次旋转通过两次。如果回路断路,那么绕组里就没有电流流动,而且没有反扭矩生成,听任转子以其驱动装置的最大速度自由转动。一旦输出绕组跨接一个负载,或短路,导致电流趋于减缓转子运动,其程度基于电流强度;而如果有必要保持合理的恒定输出电压,这就需要包括补充调速装置。而且,可变反扭矩使转子和它的传动装置受到了相当大的机械应力并可能造成损害。     因此,本发明的总体目标是提供一台没有上述缺点的发电机。另一个目标是提供这样一台发电机,其转子速度在开路运行和电流输送运行之间变化极小。还有一个目标是提供这样一台发电机,它的输出电压不大受转子速度波动的影响。     我发现,达致这些目标可以通过旋转一个细长的铁磁元,如条状软铁电枢,和一对建立了包含着磁场的空隙的极片。每个电枢的向外末端携带一个绕组,理想情况下,这些绕组串联连接,而这些线圈形成功率输出电路的一部分,用来驱动负载。由于电枢旋转相对于空隙,磁路是断续完成的,而电枢以相继的极性反转经历着周期性的再磁化。     当输出电路开路,施加到转子(需要较少的量克服转轴的摩擦力)的机械能被磁化的功所吸收,随即作为热散逸掉。然而在实际实践中,特别是如果电枢是不断风冷的转子组合体的一部分,电枢导致的升温难以察觉。当输出电路闭路,这项工作的一部分被转换成电能,因为电流通过绕组反作用于该场的励磁作用,并加大电枢的视在磁阻,因此不管输出电路打开还是关闭,发电机的速度大体维持不变。     当电枢靠近它的与空隙对齐的位置时,恒磁场趋于加速电枢的旋转,有助于驱动力。电枢通过空隙后有一个减速影响。当转子拾取速度,其质量的飞轮效应克服了这些实际扭矩里的波动,于是有了一个平滑的旋转。     这个发明的实际体现是,磁通路径包含两个轴向间隔的磁场穿越转子轴并与其成充分的直角。这些场是由于各自的极对以上述类型的双轴向间隔的电枢共同运行而产生的。安排这些双电枢是便利的,以使它们位于一个共同的轴向平面里,而同样地,两个场生成的极对也位于一个单一的平面中。电枢应该是层压的,以使其最少涡流,所以它们用高渗性金属箔片(典型如软铁)制做,其主要尺寸与转子轴垂直。箔片可用铆钉、或任何其它合适的方法固在一起。     如果铁磁体元是转子的一部分,那么输出电路将包括通常的电流收集方法,如滑环或整流片,取决于是否需要交流或直流电流输出。定子的矫顽力原因包括:有利地,固定的轭形磁体或电力驱动类,其末端构成上述的极片。如果磁路里用了电磁铁,那么它们可能由外部电源供电,或发电机本身的输出电路供应直流电。     我发现输出电路的终端电压并不象预料中那样依转子速度成比例变化。如此,在一个特殊的测试设备里,当转子速度被降至三分之一时,电压只掉到原值的一半。终端电压和驱动强度之间的非线性关系产生大量恒负载电流,并因此,电力输出超过一个很宽的速率范围,至少在某些负荷状态下,由于绕组的感抗与频率(也因此与转子转速)成比例,为了降得比终端电压更快,在减速情况下,导致负载电路的功率因素改善。     如果磁路仅仅包含每个空隙一个单独的磁对,电枢旋转引起的通量将每旋转一次而两次改变方向,因而每个旋转产生了一个360度电角度的完整周期。一般来说,每转一圈的电角度数将等于360倍的极对数,很明显这个数目应该是个奇数,因为偶数不可能有两极极性沿电枢路径交替,并在直径上对置的位置上同时有每个对的南极和北极。在任何情况下,对于极对的面严格规格尺寸进行端曲面切削很重要,如此为了避免允许电枢桥接邻近的极,因此有必要使这些弧形的总和被这些面(在转动面中)所跨越,相当于大大低于360度电角度。     现在将更详细地阐述本发明,请参阅随附的图纸进行:         图.1和图.1A说明了我的发明的第一个体现,分别显示了轴向截面和图.1的IA – IA线所取的剖视图。           …
